The acquisition of Raging Stallion/Pistol Media by AEBN is having some unintended consequences. Namely that gay studios are flocking to the competition unlike at any time before.

It seems that studios such as Hot House and Lucas are placing their films on National A-1 (gay hot movies), and Maleflixx is getting inquiries from studios they've never done business with before.

Much of it has to do with gay studios liking some competition, and some has to do with the fact that Chris Ward and Co are hated so deeply within the gay porn community.

Madame Ward has always been a dirty trickster, who is obsessed with someone in the business (Hot House, Lucas), and who spends much time plotting his revenge on those he believes have done him wrong (just ask Steven). So it seems only natural that as he runs around various Gay Porn events touting himself as "one of the owners of AEBN" the people who love to hate him are looking for alternatives.

AEBN has always been a good company, but as the old saying goes, you lie down with dogs you get up with fleas. Let's hope that AEBN has their flea collar.
